Our Services

TRAC Ride

We always put our focus on our customers. We will provide you with a helping hand by assisting you and being your companion/escort.

Your TRAC Ride is calculated on:
  1. Cost per hour - How much you are charged for each hour of companionship/escort
Cost per hour + GST = Your TRAC Ride

* ONLY hourly billing increments
* TRAC Mates are not to lift, carry, catch TRAC Members
* TRAC Mates are NOT Caregivers
* Tolls and Fees: TRAC Members are required to pay for any tunnel, bridge, toll, ferry and / or  parking charges. These charges will be added to your invoice
* 24 hrs Cancellation required, otherwise a fee may apply
* TRAC Ride has the right to cancel shift if deemed unsafe for TRAC Mate and Member


TRAC Ride Partner

Should you have a preference on your mode of transportation e.g taxi, Handy Dart, Bus or Medical transport, we have a TRAC Mate who will be that extra hand to assist and be your companion/escort.

Your TRAC Ride Partner is calculated on:
  1. Cost per hour - How much you are charged for each hour of companionship/escort
Cost per hour + GST = Your TRAC Ride Partner 

* ONLY hourly billing increments
* TRAC Mates are not to lift, carry, catch TRAC Members
* TRAC Mates are NOT Caregivers
* Fees: TRAC Members are required to pay for any charges incurred from hired vehicles e.g. taxi, limousine, Medical transport and / or Public transportation
* 24 hrs Cancellation required, otherwise a fee may apply
* TRAC Ride has the right to cancel shift if deemed unsafe for TRAC Mate and Member

TRAC Ride Flash

We understand that some trips are just pretty straightforward. You may just need a pick-up and drop-off service.  Our TRAC Mates are there to help provide guiding support  and assistance. 

Your TRAC Ride Flash is calculated on:
  1.  A Flat Fee Charge of $75.00 **
$75.00 + GST = Your TRAC Ride Flash (round trip rate)

* We require a minimum of 4 hours in between pick-up and return to be eligible for TRAC Ride Flash
* Return trips must be within same day and within 10 hours from pick-up time
* Rate applicable for trips within our Coverage Area **
* TRAC Mates are not to lift, carry, catch  TRAC Members
* TRAC Mates are NOT Caregivers
* Tolls: TRAC Members are required to pay for any tunnel, bridge, toll, ferry and / or parking charges. These charges will be added to your invoice.

** Trips  beyond 15KM (one way) and outside our Coverage Area. Call for quote
